It is a scientifically formulated meal plan based on each Shebin participant's nutritional assessment, physical assessment, and exercise prescription, tailored to each individual's body sculpting and basic health needs. Its purpose is to work in conjunction with the exercise prescription to achieve the best physical training results. Another guiding principle of Shebin's nutritional plan is to base it on natural human diets. Various synthetic weight-loss nutritional supplements should only be used as a last resort, because depriving people of the pleasure of eating is undesirable and unsustainable for anyone in the long run.

Three hours before starting your shaping training, you can eat a small amount of staple food, such as rice, but it should primarily consist of vegetables. Two hours before training, you absolutely cannot eat any staple food; you can only eat a small amount of fruit or vegetables to prepare for the upcoming exercise. Three hours before and three hours after your shaping training, you cannot eat animal protein foods such as beef or pork. To lose weight through shaping training, you must be able to resist cravings.
