■ How to do it
Cut eggplant and burdock into chunks and soak them in salt water. Cut onion and chicken into chunks.
Cut cucumbers and red bell peppers into chunks.
Place the tomato broth and all the ingredients from step ① into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add one level of water to the outer pot, and press the switch.
After the switch pops up, simmer for 3 minutes, add the ingredients from step ②, add half a tank of water to the outer pot, and then press the switch again.
Once the switch pops up again, add sea salt to taste.
