What is the most effective way to exercise?

Mo Xuan's successful weight loss, besides her extreme diet plan, relied heavily on exercise. So, what kind of exercise is truly effective? Here, Mo Xuan wants to share some exercise tips. Time is crucial. It's said that the body only starts burning fat after 40 minutes of exercise, so Mo Xuan never exercises for less than an hour, fearing that insufficient time will render her efforts ineffective. Therefore, the exercise time must be long enough.

Sweating is essential, no matter what kind of exercise you do. If you don't sweat, it means your exercise intensity isn't high enough. Of course, this doesn't include saunas, where you'll sweat even without exercise. When you're covered in sweat during exercise, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed afterward. And if you have a place to take a shower, you'll find sweating a truly enjoyable experience.

You should always know what your goals are and which parts of your body you want to slim down. Only by knowing this can you choose the most suitable exercise program and truly achieve twice the result with half the effort. Of course, if you like the gym, then make the most of your time every day to show off your skills on the dance machine, rowing machine, or treadmill. Many gyms in China now have such facilities.

Know your limits. Weight loss is a gradual process, and exercise is even more so. You can never do exercise beyond your capacity on the first try; doing so won't result in weight loss, but rather muscle strain. I tried doing very high-intensity exercise when I first started losing weight, and I even tried doing sit-ups when I weighed 170 pounds. As a result, I was in pain all over my body, and my spine was especially uncomfortable. Looking back, it seems like a bit of a losing proposition.

Choose your exercise based on your own preferences. If running is your least favorite sport, then choose swimming. Remember, never choose a sport you dislike as your weight loss partner. Doing so might cause you to give up prematurely due to your aversion to the sport, which is a huge waste, don't you think?

Mo Xuan is not a god, Mo Xuan is also a human being. Many people say that I must not be able to keep up with such high-intensity exercise every day. To be honest, I never thought I could persist for so long without giving up. But when I was single-mindedly focused on losing weight, I was truly not afraid of anything. No matter how hard or tiring it was, I could get through it on my own. That's why, as I said in a previous article, a strong will is very important.

Hehe, now I don't need to do so much exercise every day, but I still do 100 sit-ups every morning and evening because the doctor said that I shouldn't let too much fat accumulate in my abdomen. Once I have a big belly, it will become a hidden danger of high blood lipids and diabetes!

For all my friends who want to lose weight, let's get moving together!

Ancient and mysterious yoga

Before, Mo Xuan had only seen yoga on TV, but had never tried it herself.

I don't know if you've ever heard the saying: "Practice yoga in bed, and you'll lose weight when you get out of bed." I started trying mat yoga after seeing a report like that. Mat yoga refers to very simple yoga poses that you can do in your own bed at home. They're easy to learn, effective, and don't take much time or effort.

Mo Xuan previously tried a set of yoga poses called "Three Mat Yoga Poses". The main function of this set of poses is to remove accumulated fat in the waist, and it can also effectively lift the waistline and relieve fatigue in the waist and spine.

The specific steps are as follows:

Movement 1: Rotation

1. Lie flat on your back with your legs naturally bent and your hands clasped together in front of your chest.

2. Inhale, lift your upper body and legs off the ground at the same time, hold this position and complete 3 breaths.

3. Slowly exhale while twisting your upper body to the left, contracting your waist muscles, and hold for 3 breaths.

4. Exhale and return to the starting position. Repeat the same movement on the opposite side.

Action 2: V-shape

1. Sit on the bed with your legs bent and your hands holding your ankles.

2. Slowly inhale, gradually shifting your body weight backward while lifting both feet off the ground. Hold this position for 3 breaths.

3. As you exhale, slowly extend both legs upwards to the maximum extent, and hold for 3 breaths.

4. Exhale to return to normal.

Exercise 3: Snake Stretch (This is the simplest exercise)

1. Lie face down with your hands behind your back and your fingers interlaced.

2. Inhale, extend your arms and lift your upper body as high as possible. Hold this position for 4 breaths.

3. Exhale to return to normal.

The result of my practice is that I've definitely lost a lot of fat around my waist. However, I haven't noticed much effect on improving my waistline. I think body proportions are largely determined by genetics, and it's not easy to change them later in life. Ladies, if you also want to get out of bed and slim down, then start following my instructions to do yoga in bed now!
